YCB circular arc gear pump adopts the most advanced point continuous contact gear which is considered as the most advanced one in the world, that is, double circular arc plus sinusoidal curve compound tooth shape, which can completely eliminate the involute gear pump. He has won the national major scientific and technological achievements project, and won the third prize of science and technology progress award of the State Education Commission. The circular arc gear is in continuous contact between the two meshing tooth profiles, so the phenomenon of oil trapping will not occur. The vibration, noise and bearing load increase of the involute gear pump caused by oil trapping are completely solved. This series of circular arc gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal, etc. The gear is made of double arc sine curve. Compared with involute gear, its most outstanding advantage is that there is no relative sliding of tooth profile surface in the process of gear meshing, so the tooth surface has no wear, stable operation, no liquid phenomenon, low noise, long life and high efficiency. The pump has got rid of the shackles of traditional design, which makes gear pump enter a new field in design, production and use.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that the safety valve can not be used for long-term operation of the pressure reducing valve, and can be separately installed on the pipeline when necessary.
Pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms, one is mechanical seal, the other is packing seal, which can be determined according to the specific use and user requirements.
